During his career he had worked in various capacities at Sr. level positions with PSU , Corporate majors & MNC companies like HAL, Southern Petrochemicals Industries Corporation Limited, TERI ( formerly Tata Energy Research Institute), Cushman & Wakefield PMS (I) Ltd., and Founder Director & MD of Property Management Services firm.

MBA [HR & Marketing] graduates from IBMR and has over 20+ years of expertise in the Human Resource Space. She has held several responsible positions including heads of HR & Business Development in various companies, which includes MNC’s like Kone Elevators, Sales worth Synergies, Charles River Laboratories etc. Moreover, she is founder of multi-disciplinary staffing organization - Hiring Studios, providing HR needs of organizations Pan India.
Uvaraj Baranidharan

He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineer (BE) with 21 years of experience in Projects (Green & Brown field), Plant Operations, Plant Engineering & Maintenance. He has ample experience in Plastics, Battery manufacturing, Petrochemical, FMCG, Bio Gas & Solar Power Plant, BPO and Elevator Industries. During his career he held various positions in reputed Indian majors and MNC's like Kone elevators , Asian Paints , Nigerian Starch Mills Ltd, Nigeria, MNC’s like Mars International India Pvt. Ltd. He has good exposure to implementing 5S, TPM and low cost automation towards reduce errors and wastage.

Graduate Electrical & Electronics Engineer with postgraduate diploma in Business Administration and has three decades of experience in Engineering, maintenance, Projects, Operations, manufacturing. During his career he has held various positions in reputed Indian Majors and MNC's like Nagarjuna Group,3M, Cushman & Wakefield, Lucent Technologies, MS Ramaiah Group of Institutions & Hospitals.
